Can i realize the heuristic algorithm via rapidminer?

I am not sure but we have an operator which works according to the  genetic algorithm which is metaheuristic.

I think your question would need to be more specific.  There is not just one "heuristic algorithm," as any algorithm that follows some rules based on a priori assumptions rather than a strict mathematical process of optimization would qualify as a heuristic algorithm.  What specific type of heuristic did you have in mind?
