I was trying to connect to Sybase database but I get this message ( SQL Anywhere Error -265: Procedure 'sp_datatype_info' not found ).

jTDS does not support "SQL Anywhere", but you can use one of their official JDBC driver jars
(The SQL Anywhere JDBC 4.0 driver or jConnect).
