Creating all combinations between two tables is usually done with the Cartesian Product operator. You can always self join two copies your data using Multiply and possibly cleaning up duplicates. After that you would use Generate Attributes to concatenate the two columns. If I interpret your output correctly, you would also Append the original table at the end.
