Is anyone can run RapidMiner 9.8 studio on MacBook Air M1 ?
Today, I have already installed RapidMiner 9.8 studio on my device.
As a result, It showed the message "You do not have permission to open the application “RapidMiner Studio”.
Remark : I already allow the authorization "read&write" in the sharing&permission setting.

This setting is normally an issue with opening applications from the Apple Store only, rather than opening applications elsewhere. Apple normally tries to control what their users do, and all the applications installed with the Apple Store are reviewed, and the ones that don't are going to quarantine mode.
There are many complaints about this. A workaround, besides the sharing & permissions modification (which is risky!), might be to disable quarantine mode for your file/directory:
Try this and keep us posted. All the best,
Rod.
