cron job not running

hi, i have many job that i want to cron. unfortunately, one of the them always get an error everytime i set to cron.
but it run well when i run it manually.
anyone had same issue or know what the root cause of my problem?

you have to check the hadoop jobtracker web-dashboard for the log of job_1610555447991_52856 to find the failure reason.
