    There is an extension for weka operators

    but honestly I never used w-Apriori before. Generally FP-Growth is much more efficient than Apriori.

    Hi,

    association rule mining algorithms are meant to find the same rules. They are just different in terms of runtime on large data sets.

    If you want or need to use Apriori, use the Weka implementation. It will just take longer.

    I haven't heard about Eclat yet. It's surely implemented in R or Python so you could use it in RapidMiner with the respective extension.

    Or you just use FP-Growth which is integrated and find the same rules you would find with the others.
