    You have some Operators in order to work with Twitter. In this case is a good idea to begin with Search Twitter operator. It is under Data access ->Applications->Twitter.

    I am not 100% certain that you can search between time ranges.  You may have to frame the problem as tweets since a given timeframe, and then once in RM, filter as needed.
