Question marks are coming from empty cells. Are the empty cells in your Excel table? Can you format it to be more like a proper table without empty rows and columns?
Still, a large part of the data seem to be OK. You can use operators like Filter Examples, Filter Example Range and Select Attributes to keep just what you need. If some attributes were wrongly identified as nominal, you can remove the improper rows and then use some of the Blending/Attributes/Types operators to convert the attribute into the appropriate data type.
