How to sort date-time values in monotonically increasing order?

Process
I have data from a CSV file, which have been cleaned of missing values and the attribute time have been converted from nominal to numerical.<br><br>When proceeding to convert the data into 24h frames, the infamous error message come to life. <br><br>Can the community help me sort the examples(rows) in a "strictly monotonic increasing" way"? <br>
