RapidMiner batch file doesnt work

I use windows os. I wrote the command line below;

C:\Users\mustafa.tanis>"C:\Program Files\RapidMiner\RapidMiner Studio\scripts\rapidminer-batch" C:\Users\mustafa.tanis\Downloads\resourceemmm.rmp

I got a message from the command block: access is denied,

What did I do wrong? Could you help me with this issue?
