K means clustering

Hi. I'm trying to classify the countries into three groups based on consumption and withdrawal attributes
using k-means clustering. For some reason I'm not able to cluster the countries based on consumption and withdrawal attributes. Here I posted a screenshot of what I did in RapidMiner. It does not give me the result I want. I also posted the data set I'm using. Thank you.
For the select attributes, I chose all of the attributes (includes the countries, consumption, and withdrawal).
Can someone please help with this? Thank you.
