Word Frequency and Sentence Calculation

I just started using RapidMiner. Although I follow the forum and watch videos, there is a problem that I can't solve. I would be very happy if you could help with this.

 

First, I want to find the frequencies of some words in an 80-90 page pdf file. I want to find out how many times certain words such as 'environment, government, business, business' appear in this pdf file. I find the frequency of all words and even the frequency of a single word with the filter option. However, I want to find the frequency of all 30 keywords.

 

Secondly, how many sentences are in this pdf file and how many of these sentences contain keywords such as 'environment, government, business, business'.
