How do you login into RapidMiner on Windows?

I am not being allowed to log into my RapidMiner application on my windows computer. I am putting in my registered email & password. Once I click "login and install", I get the error message "Could not contact license server." Does anyone know how to fix this?

i just tested it successfully on 10.1.2, as a workaround you can also copy & paste your license key from https://my.rapidminer.com/nexus/account/index.html#licenses/rapidminer-studio
Do you maybe need a proxy to connect to the internet?
