masfir2402masfir2402 Member Posts: 1 Learner II
For last couple days, I always encounter connection to Twitter API error (screenshot attached).

I tried different Twitter connection, different PC and wifi connection, still doesn't work.

Is it related to new Twitter api policy?
I am using rapid miner 10.0 dan 10.1 with educational free licenses

I have the same issue. I didn't have this issue two weeks ago but now I receive the Twitter API error. I need it for my research, does anyone know what it is about?

    Hello everyone,

since X/Twitter changed it's API and corresponding policy, free reading access to X/Twitter no longer exists. This is also the reason why we deprecated the pre-built Twitter operators.

Like any other RESTful API, you can still access twitter using the operators from e.g. the Web Mining Extension.
