Account Activation is not working

Installing RapidMiner is no problem and getting it to run and everything, but when I sign in with my school email to use the product. It comes up with an error, closing the error shows the activation page and I press the send the email once again, just for it to bring up another error. It says "Error executing background job 'Resending email': java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalAccessException
