Attribute bounds seem to be ignored for some functions in ExampleSetGenerator

Observed in RM5. Specifically, the functions 'three ring clusters' and 'spiral cluster'. Try as I might, I can't get the attribute ranges to be what I want. This has the side effect that the example 07_Clustering\10_SVCLustering no longer behaves as it did in RM4.6.

Any suggestions?

    Hi,
you were correct, both generators did not react on the ranges. In fact Spiral Clusters did never react on the bounds, but in Three Ring Clusters a bug prevented it from working correctly. I have corrected this. Thank you for reporting.
