is there any documentation available for the Gaussian Process? Is the GP following any of the implementations described at www.GaussionProcess.org? Thx!

    you mean beside the source code itself?  ;)

    I am sorry, but a student of mine implemented this algorithms a few years ago and I don't know which was the literature he based the implementation on.
