It looks like the link to the tutorial on the documents page here is broken:
http://rapid-i.com/content/view/36/23/

I think it's pointing to an older version of the tutorial (4.1) which is no longer there.

I think this is the link you want instead:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/yale/rapidminer-4.2-tutorial.pdf
