How do I name an example set?

I am writing a plug-in and I simply want to assign a name to an example set and then be able to read the name back at the next flow instance. How do I do that?

As of one of the recent changes we have introduced annotations to IOObjects. You can just use
ioobject.getAnnotations().setAnnotation("name", name);
Here, "name" would be a custom key, maybe you want to use the Dublin Core annotation Annotations.KEY_DC_TITLE for a title instead.
Cheers,
Simon
