Get back Cloud Repository contents after trial ending

Hi,

while testing RapidMiner, I stored a lot of information in the cloud repositry. Now my trial has expired and the repo is gone.

Is there a way to at least get the contents back without paying?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately not. We announced in March 2019 that we would end the Cloud Repository on May 21st and it is now gone. We still have backups but it would require a significant cost for us to restore the data. Please contact me for further questions.

    Oh, bummer.

    Well, it was just educational stuff I can easily restore.
    Mind me asking what the alternative to a cloud repository is now?
    I liked being able to work on the same model on my laptop and desktop at home.
