Rapidminer GO Down. Team member please help!

Everything I try and run in rapid miner gets stuck on enqueued / or calculating forever.  This happened to me once before and a team member was able to reset something on the back end to fix it.  Please help, I was planning on doing a lot of work with it today and cant do anything at the moment!
